Case-Study Club is an educational space designed to develop the managerial and strategic skills of marketers by solving sixth-level business cases.
The Case-Study Сlub standard is cases developed by HBS and adapted following the Diploma in Professional Marketing syllabus.

The mission of Case-Study Сlub is professional marketing through professional British education.
Participation in the Case-Study sessions will be especially useful for those who plan to study at the Diploma in Professional Marketing, programme, as the case studies are formed in accordance with the content of the syllabus and give an idea of the level of tasks that a Diploma in Professional Marketing graduate can solve.

What is the Case-Study method?
This is a method of training managers by solving a real business problem at the strategic level.
Participants are deeply immersed in a real business situation from the perspective of a top manager and, by analysing the data, give a forecast of the development of events and propose an algorithm of action.
The Case-Study method involves a mandatory discussion within the strategic session with an expert/moderator.
It is a simulator, the tool that helps you learn from the experience of others to be effective and achieve your goals.
Our club reviews marketing cases developed by Harvard Business School, which correspond to the Chartered Institute of Marketing's syllabus.

We invite marketers from Central Asia who are motivated to develop themselves in the field of strategic marketing to improve their marketing skills by solving cases based on real businesses of various sizes and industries.
Who can take part in Case-Study sessions?
Requirements for participants:
Marketing education (bachelor's/master's degree).
Or 2 years of active experience in a marketing position.
For the СIM community:
Current students of the Diploma in Professional Marketing level 6 and graduates of level 4.
Masters from CIM-accredited universities.

How does it work?
The Case-Study Club holds one session per quarter. You can apply for participation if your profile meets the requirements.
Pre-reading.
Three days before the session, all participants who have applied receive a marketing case study. The case study immerses you in a real-life situation and ends with questions.
Participants should read the case study before the session and think about possible solution scenarios.
Case-Study
Session.
The session takes place online in groups of up to 9 people, moderated by a CIM - a tutor of the Level 6 programme.
The session lasts 2 hours. The session involves discussion, answers to provocative and stimulating questions from the moderator, debate on the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, search for weaknesses and strengths in ideas, etc.
Summary essay.
After the strategic session, the participant will have 4 days to write the final "Summary essay" - the final paper that should provide thorough but concise answers to the case study questions.
The "Summary Essay" is assessed by a blind method on a level 6 scale. Participants who score more than 50% are eligible to receive a "Certificate of completion".
