1. In order to the observance with the current Ukraine legislation, the applicants accepting the Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement):

- affirm they consent to the collecting, processing, accumulation, storage, and distribution of the Personal Data of the Parties to this Agreement; 

- affirm they are informed about their rights and the purposes of collecting the Personal Data;

- fully understand the information provided in the Personal Data, that is, the Data used to identify representatives of the Parties and agree with the data processing (storing) by the Parties for use in accordance with the current Ukraine legislation and business relations between the Parties.

 

2. The Client's Personal Data is stored and processed by the Study Centre according to the Public Offer Agreement for the entire duration of the Agreement and for 3 (three) years from the date of its termination.

 

3. The information is non-confidential if it is publicly disclosed by the Parties according to the Public Offer Agreement, as well as the information that can be obtained by the Parties or third parties from open sources.

 

4. The Study Centre takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the Clients' Personal Data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
