Each CIM group is a team of marketers who are united by a thirst to improve their knowledge and skills. But at the same time, each group is unique.

Congratulations to all Marketing Academy students who embarked on their journey towards a marketing qualification this September with the Innovations in Marketing module.

So, on September 09, a new module started!
Kazakhstan rules!

Alevtyna Kudinova, CEO of the Academy of Marketing:

The uniqueness of this particular group is that for the first time, the group consists of 70 percent of marketers from Kazakhstan.  And this has its advantages. The students work in the national market and face similar peculiarities, and in the classroom, they will be able to enrich each other with professional cases. In addition, long-term collaborations between students are often created in such groups.
The value of teaching adults also lies in the fact that they get excellent networking. Currently, the group includes marketers working in the retail, education, construction, e-commerce, legal services, consulting, IT, and other markets.  Studying among such students is a great experience for each of them.

The Innovation in Marketing module constitutes one of three obligatory modules within the level six diploma programme. Why does CIM afford such significance to the generation of innovative ideas?

Tanya Budzynska,module tutor:

The culture of creating and implementing innovations in a company/business is becoming increasingly important. It is no longer a problem to manufacture a product or provide a service.  Therefore, "the presence of innovations distinguishes a market leader from a catch-up".  Agree that this is already a challenge for a marketer! That is why CIM has developed the module Innovations in Marketing as part of the sixth-level syllabus since 2017.  The module's syllabus is updated every year to keep it up to date.  CIM trains layout designers who will create breakthrough products and strategies, which is why innovation is essential.

We wish the students and the educator of the Innovations in Marketing module, Tania Budzynska, success in their academic studies!

P.S.
By the way... do you know that innovations are "closed" and "open"? Do you know why "open" innovations are more effective and more risky?
CIM students already know... 😉
