Such limitations were addressed by an effective loyalty program and value proposition that made the purchase and maintenance of new cars unattractive at unofficial sales points. In the premium segment of the market, Mercedes led in terms of car sales. Thus, effective strategic marketing management enables Oleksandr to raise the status of his organization to exclusive importer.

Since 2014, Savych O. has started work on building a local organization of independent distributors of automotive components in Ukraine.
