"Resource Management" module.

"Diploma in Professional Marketing"- this is a comprehensive marketing education for heads of marketing functions and divisions.

All of them are necessary for effective marketing activities of the business. And it is precisely on their competent combination, balance and productivity  RESULT.

The module consists of three units of blocks.

1. Managing People

This unit provides a complete toolkit for creating, motivating and developing an effective (self) marketing team.

  • How the effectiveness of marketing activities depends on the quality and efficiency of the team

2. Marketing Resources

This unit teaches what marketing tools are (CRM, digital platforms, analytics tools), how to combine them as efficiently as possible to achieve the goal, and how to measure the result of their application.

 

  • Overall assessment of the effectiveness of the existing marketing mix

  • Evaluation of the rationality of the use of human capital

  • Marketing activity planning in the context of its effectiveness

  • Assessment of the rationality and effectiveness of using information resources to achieve results

  • Marketing activity

  • Selection and optimization of tools for marketing activities

3. Marketing Financial

This unit provides fundamental knowledge and skills of the financial component of marketing. Because an effective marketing strategy is one that knows how to manage the budget, return investments and ensure profit.

  • Assessment of the rationality of the use of financial resources to achieve goals

  • Marketing budget management techniques

  • Monitoring the quality of marketing work

  • Preparation and interpretation of reports for stakeholders

The Recourse Management module is one of the three modules that together make up the program  "Diploma in professional Marketing" from CIM.

Is it possible to study only on this module or is it only available as part of the whole program?

According to the theoretical content, it does not differ. The syllabus for the programs is the same for all countries.

 

It differs in its practical component. Real business cases, on the examples of which training takes place, are partly taken from national markets.

Is it possible to start training with the Recourse Management module on the CIM program?  

You can.

The program consists of three modules taught throughout the year. Due to the fact that the modules are built as independent, you can start learning from any of them.

How is learning?

Let's divide the question into two: Format and Method.

Format – ZOOM-conferences, Saturday-Sunday. (Because this is an education for marketers who work and are already building a career and our task is to strengthen students without breaking away from professional activity)

Method – Full-Intensive & Case-Study (FI&CS).

Full-Intensive – means that all topics are discussed directly in synchronous sessions with a tutor (48 hours each module). Students independently complete homework on topics covered or prepare pre-reading. The tutor is in contact throughout the module, answering questions. The student also receives individual advice on writing a qualification paper.

The method allows you to deeply study the material and ensure high ratings of passing the work, which, for example, methods that include a share of distance learning do not guarantee.

  

Сase-Study – it is interesting!

This means that learning takes place on real business examples, and students can do homework on examples of their own companies if they wish. The method allows you to check the material in practice immediately, solve business problems and get many real examples and situations.
